What size should I get?
Your regular size is the right choice. However, if you’re sometimes in between 2 sizes, we recommend you to choose the largest size. Still in doubt? Measure your feet and check our size chart. Is your foot just the same size as the length of the sandal? Then be sure to choose 1 size larger.
What's the delivery time?
If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable: Belgium: 1-2 days, The Netherlands: 1-2 days, Germany: 2-3 days, France: 2-3 days, UK: 3 days, Spain: 4 days, Italy: 4 days, other EU countries: 4 days, outside EU: 4-8 days
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-days ‘no questions asked’ exchanges and returns for unworn and in new condition items. Shipping costs for exchanges are on us. Shipping costs for refunds aren’t.
I have ‘difficult feet'. Will they fit?
Yes ma’am! Thanks to the “perfect fit design”, the ribbon matches the shape of your foot. Whether they’re wider or narrower, these sandals fit you perfectly.
What's the difference between the regular and vegan ribbon sandals?
Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between the two variants can be explained by the difference in material. * Our Chilón is also vegan, but it’s made of other materials, namely ultra-light cork and biodegradable jute.

I absolutely love the suede collection ribbons. They are so soft and make your sandals even more comfortable. The devils red color is a very rich red color. Not to dark and not to light. Perfect to spice up a basic summer dress.

I ordered the Chilon sandals with 6 additionnal ribbons. They are all great quality. The sandals seem sturdy, are soft, beautiful and very comfortable. The size fits well (I'm usually a 39/40 size, I ordered 39 and it was perfect). The ribbons are very pretty, with vibrant colors, and the suede ones are very very soft.
The Devils Red ribbon arrived a little bit stained (I guess it was the nice black cardboard turtle around which the ribbon was wrapped, because the other ribbons came wrapped around white cardboard and didn't have this problem...) But I washed it gently with soap and water (pay attention, it releases a lot of color during the first wash !) and the stains went away.
Very pleased with this first order, I will probably place a lot more for new ribbons !

De suède-collectie is super zacht rond je voet, zalig gevoel dus! En ik ben verliefd op deze kleur- komt helemaal tot zijn recht eens geknoopt en rond je voet.
