What's the delivery time?

If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable*:

  • Belgium: 1-2 days
  • The Netherlands: 1-2 days
  • Germany: 2-3 days
  • France: 2-3 days
  • UK: 3 days
  • Spain: 4 days
  • Italy: 4 days
  • Other EU countries: 4 days
  • Outside EU: 4-8 days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer different shipping rates depending on your country and delivery method.

Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany

  • Free shipping to a pickup point: orders over €50
  • Free shipping to a home address: orders over €50

Orders below these amounts: shipping cost shown at checkout.

Other EU countries (e.g., Croatia, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg)

  • Free shipping to a pickup point: orders over €50
  • Free shipping to a home address: orders over €50

Orders below these amounts: shipping cost shown at checkout.

Non-EU & international

  • Austria, Denmark, Finland, and other Non-EU countries: free home delivery over €50, free pickup point over €75 (otherwise €9.95)
  • America & Oceania (US, Australia, Canada, and more): free home delivery over €75 (otherwise €9.95)

💡 Tip: Choosing delivery to a pickup point is often cheaper than home delivery — and in most countries, it's free from just €50!

How do I know my order is processed?

Once you’ve placed your order you’ll you receive an order confirmation by mail. Trouble finding emails from us? Please check your spam folder.

Can I trace my package?

Yes, once your order is shipped you’ll receive a track and trace code by email.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Use the track and trace code provided in our shipping confirmation mail. Our carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. Please note that international orders might take a bit longer.

If you’re lost please contact us. We will track your package together with our warehouse. We’ll do everything we can to get your package to you as soon as possible.

Will I be charged with customs fees?

If you’re living outside the EU, you may have to pay customs fees on delivery. These fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties aren’t included in your purchase price.

Returns

Can I exchange my shoes for another size or model?

Yes, we have a “no questions asked” 30 day return policy. If you’d like to return the shoes for any reason you can just send them back to us, although we doubt that. Once you’ve felt how comfortable they are, you’d never want to give them back.

Make sure to:

  • Contact us before returning your package so we know they are coming.
  • Add a return form to your package.

If I'm not satisfied, can I return my shoes?

Yes ma’am! Thanks to the “perfect fit design”, the ribbon matches the shape of your foot. Whether they’re wider or narrower, these sandals fit you perfectly.

Do I have to pay for returns?

If you exchange your shoes for a different size or model we’ll take care of the shipping costs.

However, we don’t take care of the return cost of only ribbons. Also, when you just want a refund, we don’t pay for shipping.

I received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?

Please contact us. We’re happy to sort it out for you! In case of damage, please add a picture as proof. 

Is there a warranty on my shoes?

Yes, we’re so sure of the quality of our shoes that we offer you a 1 year warranty!
