What's the delivery time?
If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable*:
- Belgium: 1-2 days
- The Netherlands: 1-2 days
- Germany: 2-3 days
- France: 2-3 days
- UK: 3 days
- Spain: 4 days
- Italy: 4 days
- Other EU countries: 4 days
- Outside EU: 4-8 days

How much does shipping cost?
We offer different shipping rates depending on your country and delivery method.
Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany
- Free shipping to a pickup point: orders over €50
- Free shipping to a home address: orders over €150
Orders below these amounts: shipping cost shown at checkout
Other EU countries (e.g., Croatia, Romania, Ireland, Spain, Italy, etc.)
- Free shipping to a pickup point: orders over €75

Tip: Choosing delivery to a pickup point is often much cheaper than home delivery.
Can I trace my package?
Yes, once your order is shipped you’ll receive a track and trace code by email.
Can I exchange my shoes for another size or model?
Of course! If your shoes don’t fit, you can just send them back to us and we’ll send you a different size or model asap. Don’t forget to add a return form to your package!
If I'm not satisfied, can I return my shoes?
Yes, we have a “no questions asked” 30 day return policy. If you’d like to return the shoes for any reason you can just send them back to us, although we doubt that. Once you’ve felt how comfortable they are, you’d never want to give them back.
Make sure to:
- Contact us before returning your package so we know they are coming.
- Add a return form to your package.

Do I have to pay for returns?
If you exchange your shoes for a different size or model we’ll take care of the shipping costs.
However, we don’t take care of the return cost of only ribbons. Also, when you just want a refund, we don’t pay for shipping.

What size should I get?
Your regular size is the right choice. However, if you’re sometimes in between 2 sizes, we recommend you to choose the largest size. Still in doubt? Measure your feet and check these size charts:
Is your foot just the same size as the length of the shoe? Then be sure to choose 1 size larger.
I have ‘difficult feet'. Will your ribbon sandals fit?
Yes ma’am! Thanks to the “perfect fit design”, the ribbon matches the shape of your foot. Whether they’re wider or narrower, these sandals fit you perfectly.
What's the difference between the regular and vegan ribbon sandals?
Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between both can be explained by the difference in material.
Our Chilón is also vegan, but it’s made of other materials, namely of ultra-light cork and biodegradable jute.
How long are the ribbons?
Both the suede ribbons and the Elegance ribbons are 160 cm long.
Where are your products made?
Our shoes are made in a factory in Spain. Not only do we visit them regularly, we make sure that the working conditions are good. Our ribbons are made even more locally, namely at a social workplace in Antwerp. In our production process, 3 values are extremely important: local, sustainable and social.
Care & repair
Can I wash my ribbons?
Yes you can! We use high-quality fabrics for our ribbons. If they get dirty, just wash them in your washing machine at 30 degrees and they’ll look as good as new! Be sure to remember this: do NOT tumble dry, but air dry your ribbons like the good ol’ days.
How do I give my shoes extra protection against wear and tear?
Before use, spray your shoes with our protector spray. Add the spray to your cart!

How do I use a promo code?
You can use your promo code at checkout. Make sure you enter the code in the box ‘coupon code’ and not ‘gift card code’. It doesn’t work? Contact us and we’ll solve it for you.
Can I pre-order an item that’s sold out?
You can place a back order with our ribbon sandals, suede, elegance and desert and ribbons. You have to take into account the following delivery terms:
- Ribbon sandals: back in stock after 2-3 weeks
- Ribbons: back in stock after about 1 week
Our velvet, leather, cord and art ribbons are limited collections. Are you madly in love with a certain print or texture? Then let us know. We’ll definitely take it into account for next collections!

Yes of course! We offer digital gift cards with a minimum purchase amount of €10. You can find them here.
Where do I find my gift card balance?
