What size should I get?
Your regular size is the right choice. However, if you’re sometimes in between 2 sizes, we recommend you to choose the largest size. Still in doubt? Measure your feet and check our size chart. Is your foot just the same size as the length of the sandal? Then be sure to choose 1 size larger.
What's the delivery time?
If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable: Belgium: 1-2 days, The Netherlands: 1-2 days, Germany: 2-3 days, France: 2-3 days, UK: 3 days, Spain: 4 days, Italy: 4 days, other EU countries: 4 days, outside EU: 4-8 days
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-days ‘no questions asked’ exchanges and returns for unworn and in new condition items. Shipping costs for exchanges are on us. Shipping costs for refunds aren’t.
I have ‘difficult feet'. Will they fit?
Yes ma’am! Thanks to the “perfect fit design”, the ribbon matches the shape of your foot. Whether they’re wider or narrower, these sandals fit you perfectly.
What's the difference between the regular and vegan ribbon sandals?
Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between the two variants can be explained by the difference in material. * Our Chilón is also vegan, but it’s made of other materials, namely ultra-light cork and biodegradable jute.

Fell in love and I'm still in love. The ribbons are of decent quality and give a prefect fit! I was scared that they would be a bit high but it's certainly okay, very happy that I bought these beautiful shoes!
De Camila' s en Calco' s zitten echt fantastisch! De suede linten zijn superzacht, de elegance linten lekker stevig. De kleuren zijn prachtig en voor ieder wat wils. Maat viel iets kleiner dan verwacht, dus voor mijzelf een maat groter besteld (en kleinere maat gehouden voor mijn dochter). Ik ben fan!

This is my third pair of Raramuri sandals. Absolutely in love with this brand. Shoes never seem to fit right, but with these I can always adjust them to fit perfectly.

Super fijne en lichte schoenen.
Eigen maat net iets te smal. Ik heb meestal maat 39, soms 40. In deze schoen heb ik maat 40. Erg leuk om te kunnen switchen van kleur. Matched dus bij elke outfit.
