What size should I get?
Your regular size is the right choice. However, if you’re sometimes in between 2 sizes, we recommend you to choose the largest size. Still in doubt? Measure your feet and check our size chart. Is your foot just the same size as the length of the sandal? Then be sure to choose 1 size larger.
What's the delivery time?
If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable: Belgium: 1-2 days, The Netherlands: 1-2 days, Germany: 2-3 days, France: 2-3 days, UK: 3 days, Spain: 4 days, Italy: 4 days, other EU countries: 4 days, outside EU: 4-8 days
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-days ‘no questions asked’ exchanges and returns for unworn and in new condition items. Shipping costs for exchanges are on us. Shipping costs for refunds aren’t.
I have ‘difficult feet'. Will they fit?
Yes ma’am! Thanks to the “perfect fit design”, the ribbon matches the shape of your foot. Whether they’re wider or narrower, these sandals fit you perfectly.
What's the difference between the regular and vegan ribbon sandals?
Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between the two variants can be explained by the difference in material. * Our Chilón is also vegan, but it’s made of other materials, namely ultra-light cork and biodegradable jute.

Love these sandals and I’ve made my own ribbons !
Very confortable and easy to walk with
Very comfortable, super light weight - more so than I expected even after reading the reviews. The ribbons are not fastened between the toes so no fear of it pulling there, there are extra loops for another crossover (compared to the flats). This does also mean that there isn't as much ribbon over after crossing through all the loops so some play for a good, comfortable and trstworthy tie may be required. I do love them though.

I've wearing a lot of shoes like this model. But none of them is so comfortable like this one. I can literally walk a thousand miles one this shoe!

I already had the chalco and the camila. After walking 20km/day on a citytrip in Rome with my Chalco's without getting any blisters or sore feet, I decided to now also get the chilon. (which I have been wanting for a while)
So easy when going on a holiday to have a large variety of shoes with just a few soles and some ribbons.
The chilon has some kind of soft memory foam layer in it, making it feel as if you are walking on aired sneakers, while looking completely holiday proof. Love that!

Deze sandalen lopen echt als een droom! Ik heb inmiddels verschillende raramuri modellen, maar ik blijf naar deze grijpen. Enige jammere vind ik dat je altijd de standaard zwarte linten erbij krijgt, daar heb ik er nu wel genoeg van
Leuke sleehakken, lopen heerlijk, makkelijk om de linten te wisselen.
These are super soft and comfortable to walk in :)) I'm also very pleased they are vegan. Yoho!

I have such narrow feet I would normally go straight through the front of shoes like this. For the first time in my life I can now wear something like this and it is so pretty. Extremely happy! I followed the size chart and ordered a size bigger than I usually wear and they are perfect.

These sandals are extremely comfortable. They are so soft and you can just walk around all day. Also great that you can change styles just by buying a few colored lints!

Très belle et très confortable. Attention a bien les attacher sans quoi le revêtement de la chaussure brûle un peu les orteils mais il suffit de comprendre le truc. Très bon maintien!
