Yes, once your order is shipped you’ll receive a track and trace code by email.
Use the track and trace code provided in our shipping confirmation mail. Our carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. Please note that international orders might take a bit longer.
If you’re lost please contact us. We will track your package together with our warehouse. We’ll do everything we can to get your package to you as soon as possible.
If you’re living outside the EU, you may have to pay customs fees on delivery. These fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties aren’t included in your purchase price.
Of course! If your shoes don’t fit, you can just send them back to us and we’ll send you a different size or model asap. Don’t forget to add a return form to your package!
Yes, we have a “no questions asked” 30 day return policy. If you’d like to return the shoes for any reason you can just send them back to us, although we doubt that. Once you’ve felt how comfortable they are, you’d never want to give them back.
