Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between the two variants can be explained by the difference in material. * Our Chilón is also vegan, but it’s made of other materials, namely ultra-light cork and biodegradable jute.

Happy with the Chalco Sandals

I'm so happy with these Chalco Sandals. The best thing are the exchangeable ribbons (velvet) so I'm able to match it with all of my outfits! And you can adjust how tight you'd like to put them, so even in case of very warm and swollen foots they still fit without any problem. I love them!
