If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable*:

  • The Netherlands: 1-2 days
  • Germany: 2-3 days
  • France: 2-3 days

  • Spain: 4 days
  • Italy: 4 days
  • Other EU countries: 4 days
  • Outside EU: 4-8 days

EU: We offer free shipping on orders over €50. Orders under €50 are charged with a flat rate of €4,95.

Outside EU: We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €100. Orders under €100 are charged with a flat rate. The following flat rates apply:

  • Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican, United States: €9,95
  • Other international countries: €14,95

Yes, once your order is shipped you’ll receive a track and trace code by email.

Of course! If your sandals don’t fit, you can just send them back to us and we’ll send you a different size or model asap. Don’t forget to add a return form to your package!

Yes, we have a “no questions asked” 30 day return policy. If you’d like to return the sandals for any reason you can just send them back to us, although we doubt that. Once you’ve felt how comfortable they are, you’d never want to give them back.

If you exchange your sandals for a different size or model we’ll take care of the shipping costs.

However, we don’t take care of the return cost of only ribbons. Also, when you just want a refund, we don’t pay for shipping.

Sandals & ribbons

Your regular size is the right choice. We did our very best to design the sizing of the sandal as universal as possible. They’re neither bigger or smaller than the regular shoe size, so we always suggest to pick your regular size. Still in doubt? Measure your feet and check the size chart of our Chilón, or all other sandals.

Yes ma’am! Thanks to the “perfect fit design”, the ribbon matches the shape of your foot. Whether they’re wider or narrower, these sandals fit you perfectly.

Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between both can be explained by the difference in material.

* Our Chilón is also vegan, but it’s made of other materials, namely of ultra-light cork and biodegradable jute.

Both the suede ribbons and the Elegance ribbons are 160 cm long.

Our sandals are made in a factory in Spain. Not only do we visit them regularly, we make sure that the working conditions are good. Our ribbons are made even more locally, namely at a social workplace in Antwerp. In our production process, 3 values are extremely important: local, sustainable and social.

Care & repair

Yes you can! We use high-quality fabrics for our ribbons. If they get dirty, just wash them in your washing machine at 30 degrees and they’ll look as good as new! Be sure to remember this: do NOT tumble dry, but air dry your ribbons like the good ol’ days.

Before use, spray your sandals with our protector spray. Add the spray to your cart!

At the bottom left of our website you can subscribe to our newsletter. Not only will you receive €10 discount, you’ll also stay informed about new collections, fun stories and promotions.

You can use your promo code at checkout. Make sure you enter the code in the box ‘coupon code’ and not ‘gift card code’. It doesn’t work? Contact us and we’ll solve it for you.

You can place a back order with our ribbon sandals & suede, desert and velvet ribbons. You have to take into account the following delivery terms:

 

Our Elegance, leather and cord ribbons are limited collections. Are you madly in love with a certain print or texture? Then let us know. We’ll definitely take it into account for next collections!

Gift cards

Yes of course! We offer digital gift cards with a minimum purchase amount of €10. You can find them here.
