What size should I get?

Your regular size is the right choice. However, if you’re sometimes in between 2 sizes, we recommend you to choose the largest size. Still in doubt? Measure your feet and check our size chart. Is your foot just the same size as the length of the sandal? Then be sure to choose 1 size larger.

What's the delivery time?

If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable: Belgium: 1-2 days, The Netherlands: 1-2 days, Germany: 2-3 days, France: 2-3 days, UK: 3 days, Spain: 4 days, Italy: 4 days, other EU countries: 4 days, outside EU: 4-8 days

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-days ‘no questions asked’ exchanges and returns for unworn and in new condition items. Shipping costs for exchanges are on us. Shipping costs for refunds aren’t.

I have ‘difficult feet'. Will they fit?

What's the difference between the regular and vegan ribbon sandals?

Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between the two variants can be explained by the difference in material. * Our Cruz is also vegan since it’s made of biodegradable jute.

Leuk, maar minder fan van de linten

De sandalen vind ik prachtig! Erg mooi! Nu ik de linten heb vervangen lopen ze ook erg lekker. Maar de jute linten die er bij zaten schuurden erg en gaven me blaren. Maar dat is het leuke aan raramuri, ik kon er gewoon andere linten in stoppen ;)

Superleuke en mooie sandaal, maar de ribbons worden best wel los tijdens het lopen. Ik kan niet lang goed op deze sandalen lopen. Als ik een middagje ga winkelen dan twijfel ik al of ik dat ga volhouden.. op een gegeven moment gaat het toch pijn doen. Super jammer want ik vind ze echt geweldig leuk.
