What size should I get?
Your regular size is the right choice. However, if you’re sometimes in between 2 sizes, we recommend you to choose the largest size. Still in doubt? Measure your feet and check our size chart. Is your foot just the same size as the length of the sandal? Then be sure to choose 1 size larger.
What's the delivery time?
If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable: Belgium: 1-2 days, The Netherlands: 1-2 days, Germany: 2-3 days, France: 2-3 days, UK: 3 days, Spain: 4 days, Italy: 4 days, other EU countries: 4 days, outside EU: 4-8 days
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-days ‘no questions asked’ exchanges and returns for unworn and in new condition items. Shipping costs for exchanges are on us. Shipping costs for refunds aren’t.
I have ‘difficult feet'. Will they fit?
Yes ma’am! Thanks to the “perfect fit design”, the ribbon matches the shape of your foot. Whether they’re wider or narrower, these sandals fit you perfectly.
What's the difference between the regular and vegan ribbon sandals?
Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between the two variants can be explained by the difference in material. * Our Chilón is also vegan, but it’s made of other materials, namely ultra-light cork and biodegradable jute.

I not only love how nice this sandals look, but I am also surprised by how resistant they are, they are still lasting after 3 summers of wearing them constantly. I often wash the ribbons and they look brand new.

Mooie kwaliteit, snelle levering, heerlijk blote voeten gevoel en door de verschillende linten en manieren van knopen kan je veel variëren. Ik ben fan! PS. zeker de suede linten voelen heel fijn aan de voeten.

Vorige week deze mooie sandalen binnen gekregen. Goede kwaliteit, mooi voetbed. Alleen ik zou wel iedereen afraden om dit model te kiezen. Door de 3 openingen ipv 5 bij het Cancun model, zitten de sandalen heel los aan je voeten en kan je er totaal niet lekker op lopen. Veel te weinig stevigheid. Daarom heb ik nu het Cancun model besteld. Ik denk dat die echt veel beter gaan zitten!

Heb even gewacht met het bestellen van de sandalen door onzekerheid over comfort en of ik ze zou dragen. Ongelofelijk blij dat ik het toch gedaan heb. Ze zijn zeer elegant, je kan creatief omgaan met het knopen waardoor je ze los kan dragen, bijna als een slipper, of vaster wanneer je er even mee moet wandelen. De mogelijkheid tot veranderen van de linten leidt tot het gevoel van telkens nieuwe sandalen aan te doen! Top schoen!
