What size should I get?
Your regular size is the right choice. However, if you’re sometimes in between 2 sizes, we recommend you to choose the largest size. Still in doubt? Measure your feet and check our size chart. Is your foot just the same size as the length of the sandal? Then be sure to choose 1 size larger.
What's the delivery time?
If you place your order before 10 PM, your package will be shipped the same day & the following delivery times are applicable: Belgium: 1-2 days, The Netherlands: 1-2 days, Germany: 2-3 days, France: 2-3 days, UK: 3 days, Spain: 4 days, Italy: 4 days, other EU countries: 4 days, outside EU: 4-8 days

We offer a 30-days ‘no questions asked’ exchanges and returns for unworn and in new condition items. Shipping costs for exchanges are on us. Shipping costs for refunds aren’t.
I have ‘difficult feet'. Will they fit?
Yes ma’am! Thanks to the “perfect fit design”, the ribbon matches the shape of your foot. Whether they’re wider or narrower, these sandals fit you perfectly.
What's the difference between the regular and vegan ribbon sandals?
Our regular ribbon sandals are made of high quality leather while our vegan ribbon sandals* are made of volcanic rubber. The price difference between the two variants can be explained by the difference in material. * Our Chilón is also vegan, but it’s made of other materials, namely ultra-light cork and biodegradable jute.

These are the best sandals I’ve ever owned! I usually have problems with fitting in sandals because I have a really narrow heel but the front of my feet are still wide but these ones I can adjust just for myself! They are comfy and look great!

Really nice sandals but heels too high and sole too thin to be confortable for me
This is my third pair of shoes from Rarámuri, and these Camilas are wonderfully comfortable. The heel isn't too high, and it's so nice that with the different colored ribbons, it looks just like you're wearing a new pair of shoes every time!
This is my 3rd pair of Rarámuri. Since I loved the flat sandals so much and I love heels, I had to order my first pair of heels. I enjoy matching the different ribbons to my outfits, making the shoes fit perfectly for my feet and walking around on them since they are very comfortable! This is a hit and I think I'm going to order the wedges next!
After buying the vegan sandels of Raramuri, I really thought I had found a brand wide enough, but still modern and young. But I am dissapointed to find out that all the heels like this one on this website are more than 1 cm smaller than the flat sandals. Meaning they do not fit for wide feet. The vegan sandals do fit in my normal size.
It's my 3rd paires of Raramuri and I'm still very happy, now I've all the basics for summer, flat, wedges and now heels, perfect for all occasions !

I love my Camila+ sandals! They are comfortable and really light, and therefore you're almost not even noticing that you walk on heels!

Sandalen vallen klein, dus een maat groter was een goede keus.
Hele mooie sandaal. Wel een smallere pasvorm dan de “platte” sandaal, dus zou een maatje groter kopen. Ik ben er super blij mee!

Très jolies sandales, agréables à porter. Semelle douce pour le pieds. Le talon est à la bonne taille pour moi. Mon homme les trouve très sexy. Je n'ai pas trop de difficulté à marcher avec. Je ne sais pas si je marcherais des journées entières avec. J'ai bien envie de reprendre une paire plate pour cela.
Le seul bémol serait la boucle à côté du petit orteil qui peut faire mal à la longue.
Les rubans sont très doux à porter.
Prachtige sandaal, met heel mooie linten. Maar door de hoogte van de hak, schuif ik iets te veel naar voor, waardoor mijn voet over de rand komt. Ik ga deze dus inruilen voor een platte versie
Nice Camila+ sandals, but unfortunenately I had to send them back. The heels were too high for me, so I could not walk comfortably (I am already quite tall myself). So if in the future there are some sandals with a smaller heel, I would love to give them another chance. For now, I stick with my Cancun sandals.

Ondanks de hoogte van de hak (8cm) lopen ze heel fijn. Dit ook dankzij de linten die niet in je voeten snijden terwijl je ze wel strak kan trekken. Ik heb al veel complimenten gekregen.

What a delight, the lightness, the comfort, the combo with the cork sole and the textile strap is Devine for the foot. Both sexy and comfortable to walk on all day. I do not know how they will react to water (live in The Netherlands), but, WHY DID’NT I FIND THESE EARLIER!!!!! Thank you Raramuri for a sustainable production WITH VEGAN MATERIALS!!!!!! Love you!!

Deze schoen is super comfortabel. Erg leuk dat je kan switchen van kleur lint. Schoen kun je dus bij elke outfit matchen! Ik heb de schoenen met een hakje. Ze lopen heel lekker. Lichtgewicht vanwege het materiaal. Mijn eigen maat was iets te smal. Normaal heb ik 39, soms 40. In deze schoen had ik 40 nodig. Goede service om te ruilen. Echt een aanrader deze schoenen!
